We are the team behind Al-Hanafiyya, an Islamic initiative dedicated to preserving, digitizing, and sharing authentic knowledge with the Ummah. Maintaining a high-traffic website, hosting resources, and managing our community on platforms like Discord involves significant infrastructure costs. More importantly, we are working to build a vast, free online library. By using digitization machinery, we plan to convert physical Islamic texts into high-quality PDFs, making classical works accessible to students of knowledge worldwide.

Al Hanafiyya was founded upon an unshakeable persuasion: that the Hanafi juridical tradition constitutes one of the most extraordinary intellectual inheritances ever bequeathed to mankind, and that every sincere aspirant to sacred knowledge is deserving of unrestricted passage into its depths.
We are a congregation of students, pedagogues, and jurists, bound together by a fervent devotion to the authenticated sciences of Islam and to the monumental legal school of Imam Abu Hanifa al-Nu'man ibn Thabit, whose unparalleled acuity of jurisprudential reasoning has governed the religious lives of innumerable Muslims across Central Asia, Anatolia, the Balkans, the Indian Subcontinent, and the wider Islamicate world for no fewer than thirteen consecutive centuries.

I am a student of Islamic knowledge currently pursuing my studies at Madinatul Uloom Al Islamiyah in Kidderminster, UK. Driven by a dedication to traditional Islamic learning and service to the Ummah, I am actively engaged in sacred studies alongside my entrepreneurial endeavors.
I am the founder and owner of Al-Hanafiyyah, an initiative dedicated to preserving, publishing, and sharing Islamic heritage and scholarly work. Through my studies and projects, I seek to bridge classical Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) with modern accessibility, striving to serve as a benefit to the community and beyond.
Zākir al-Ḥanafī
Co-Founder & Community Lead
Zākir is the co-founder of our website and a dedicated student of Islamic knowledge currently studying at Madinatul Uloom Al Islamiyah. He helps with the writing for our Articles section, contributing to our scholarly literature. Additionally, Zākir founded and manages our official Discord server, fostering a digital community where students can connect and discuss traditional Islamic jurisprudence, Aqeedah, and other topics.
